This tool takes a photo of a handwritten drug name and matches it against a list of known medications. A generic name and the medicine's common physical form (e.g. capsule, tablet) is provided when possible.
For best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo showing just the handwritten drug name.
The dictionary is built from our own labeled dataset and MedEx (medex.com.bd), a verified drug reference source for Bangladeshi medicine. Dosage, interaction, or medical advice of any kind should be consulted with a pharmacist or doctor.
How to read the result
Confident Match (90% and above): matches a known medication in our database with a high confidence level
Possible Match (80-89%): similar to a known medication, but with lower confidence level
No Match in our Database (Below 80%): does NOT match any known medication in our database with a significant confidence level; usually means unclear handwriting or names outside our current dictionary
Error: upload couldn't be processed (e.g. unreadable file, connection issue)
